Root Cure Organics is seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Operations Manager

to lead and oversee overall operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support the company's growth while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end operations including production, supply chain, and logistics Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures Ensure optimal use of resources to meet production and business targets Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management Coordinate with production, quality control, procurement, and sales teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads and operational teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Operations Manager

or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations (organic / herbal / FMCG preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple departments and handle complex operations Experience with process optimization and performance management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
