: Operation Manager

Role Focus:

Operational Efficiency & Quality Control, Job and Production Management

Core Objective:

To streamline the manufacturing process, minimize wastage, and ensure that every order is delivered on time to support the ?10 Cr sales target.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Optimization:

Manage the daily production schedule for different departments like flex, offset, Digital, Retail etc

Quality Assurance (QA):

Implement strict quality checks to ensure that the final product matches the Design Lead's approved samples.

Inventory & Procurement:

Manage raw material stocks (paper, ink, glue, etc.) and negotiate with vendors to maintain healthy profit margins.

Maintenance:

Ensure all machinery is serviced and running at peak 100 % efficiency to avoid downtime.

Cost Control:

Monitor and reduce material wastage to keep the "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS) within budget.
Requirements

Experience:

7-10 years in a manufacturing or printing press environment (Packaging industry experience is mandatory).

Skills:

Expertise in offset/digital printing, die-cutting, and manual finishing processes.

Traits:

A "Floor Manager" personality--someone who spends more time on the production floor than behind a desk.
