To oversee the operation of our B2B exhibitions and conferences from concept to implementation.

Job description:

Should possess interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to interact with trade bodies, chambers, institutions, SMEs, and corporations to involve them with our trade initiatives. Responsible for leading and motivating team members and undertaking key managerial functions. Responsible for preparing collaterals budget, presentations, promotions, media planning, vendor management, production & logistics, etc. Responsible for preparing buyer promotion plans and oversee implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective proposals, presentations, and emails.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including trade bodies and top management.

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operational and management roles, preferably in the exhibition industry.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree, with preference given to management graduates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
