Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, preferably from the hospitality industry, who has a strong understanding of fabrics and uniform materials. The candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient coordination across all functional areas. Key Responsibilities Store & Operations Management Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational excellence. Maintain stock levels, monitor fabric inventory, and ensure proper material handling. Implement store standards, hygiene, and presentation aligned with hospitality norms. Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and coordination with production teams. Staff Supervision Manage store staff, assign duties, prepare weekly rosters, and track attendance. Conduct training sessions to improve customer service and product knowledge. Monitor team performance and ensure discipline and professionalism. Customer Experience & Client Handling Ensure every customer receives a high-quality, hospitality-style service experience. Assist clients in fabric selection and provide guidance on uniforms and materials. Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively. Inventory & Material Management Track stock movement, fabric consumption, and order requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for procurement. Maintain accurate store records, billing, and daily operational reports. Process Compliance Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines. Optimize store processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred). 3-7 years of experience in hospitality operations, store management, or uniform/fabric-related industry. Strong understanding of fabrics, material types, and uniform products. Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
