Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement SOPs and ensure adherence across departments.
Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
B. Process Improvement
Conduct periodic audits to assess operational gaps.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Introduce automation, system improvements, and best practices.
C. Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and guide operations teams.
Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure staff development.
Resolve conflicts and maintain high team morale.
D. Customer / Patient Service Management (If Hospital Setting)
Ensure high standards of customer/patient experience.
Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor feedback systems and implement corrective actions.
E. Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.
Support accreditation processes (NABH/NABL/ISO, if applicable).
Maintain documentation and records as per SOPs.
F. Resource & Inventory Management
Manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources.
Oversee procurement, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
