We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Operations Manager with an MBA in Finance and Marketing to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, manage budgets, and ensure business growth. Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across departments.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational performance.
Drive cost optimization through process improvements and resource planning.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
2. Financial & Budgetary Management
Prepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify variances, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
Implement cost-control measures and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with finance teams for monthly MIS, P&L review, cash flow planning, and expense tracking.
3. Marketing & Business Growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational strategies with brand goals.
Support implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer-experience enhancement initiatives.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior trends to guide strategic planning.
Ensure operational readiness for marketing activities, promotions, and events.
4. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
Conduct training, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor relationships, procurement cycles, and SLAs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and maintain quality standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial metrics.
Use data analytics to drive decision-making and process optimization.
Track ROI on operational initiatives and marketing campaigns.
