Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day agency operations.
Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
Assign, track, and manage team tasks and deadlines.
Create and maintain project timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
Attend client meetings and follow up on key action points.
Contribute creatively -- assist with content ideas, captions, or campaign briefs.
Improve workflow processes and enhance team productivity.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment in the office.
Requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized and responsible with a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
Previous experience in an
agency or startup environment
is preferred.
Must be able to work full-time from our office.
