The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations and facility management, ensuring efficiency, safety, and smooth functioning of all processes. This role involves supervising teams, optimizing workflows, and managing office/facility infrastructure to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Manage office and facility operations including maintenance, security, utilities, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report on operational effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and other teams to meet business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, including training and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist management in strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and operational management tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in facility management and vendor coordination.
Experience in signage, advertising, or related industries.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional site/facility visits.
