Role Overview
The
Operations Manager
will oversee the brand's
end-to-end delivery operations
, with a strong focus on
vendor management, inventory tracking, packaging, and rider coordination
. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to
streamline processes
for efficiency and premium service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Supplier Management
Interact and negotiate with vendors for premium ingredient sourcing.
Scout and onboard reliable suppliers to maintain consistent quality.
Build and manage vendor relationships for smooth and timely supplies.
Inventory & Deliveries
Track and manage daily inventory with accurate records.
Prepare supplies for the next day's operations.
Handle and dispatch products to riders, ensuring orders go out on time and in perfect condition.
Monitor stock usage to reduce wastage and manage costs effectively.
Packaging & Order Preparation
Assist with packaging and order preparation, ensuring premium presentation for delivery.
Supervise packaging processes for speed, accuracy, and quality.
Customer Interaction
Respond to customer queries and orders via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle and resolve customer feedback promptly to maintain loyalty.
Operational Efficiency
Streamline and organize delivery workflows for smooth daily operations.
Implement SOPs for packaging, dispatch, and inventory management.
Coordinate between kitchen, riders, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of prior
operations experience in F&B
(delivery-focused preferred).
Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Comfortable using Excel (basic level for inventory and reporting).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiastic about food and passionate about the F&B industry.
Experience in
inventory management, packaging, and vendor relations is preferred
