KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Handling the day to day operations of the company and ensuring that the progress is as per the plan and providing guidance and troubleshooting for the clients as and when needed Working together with key participants to compile the budget of operations and implementation. Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for managing the Project Management & Implementation for various suite of Products and ensure services are adhered as per client expectations within timelines. Ensuring the client experience across the transitioning and implementation of the product. Being the custodian of all the Product manuals, training manuals, client communication. Implementation of the overall solution of the projects providing an integrated solution to the client Liaison across various internal teams and external partners to provide optimum solution and troubleshoot. Should have a keen eye for identifying the customer's problem and resolve them in timely manner with the best solution. Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Identify faults and rectifications. Analyze troubles to remove their causes and avoid reappearance Working with distributors and their team towards implementation for projects across various locations in India and IOT Products. Conduct select customer site visits and ensure the installation happens through internal and distribution teams within and ensure TATs are met. Keeping a track of the engagement and usage of the product across clients, and incase the said is below mark ensuring that proactive measure to improve the same are taken. Executing specific people programs on training and development and customer engagement. Identifying and implementing training needs to the team and clients. Give product demos to clients explain features.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Passion for Technology and Service Delivery Strong follow up skills with extremely client focused and customer service driven attitude Extremely organized, attention to detail and passion to achieve perfection Self-starter, Hands on Leader & Positive Thinker Should be an out of box Thinker and Leader. Problem Solver Experience in Property Management / Facility Management systems Good communication skills - English/hindi/Marathi Should be able to travel frequently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
