Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations Manager

to support and streamline our daily business functions, internal operations, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Operations Management:

Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and ensure quality service delivery.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.

Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure accountability.

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Resource Management:

Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to optimize productivity.

Monitor financial data and operational expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.

Process Improvement:

Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.

Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve operational excellence.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.

Qualifications

Master's degree with

8 - 12 years

in operations, administration, or a related role.

In business administration, Operations Management, or a related field

IT Industry-specific experience.

Certification in Operations Management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management).

Skills

You will need to have:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of operational principles, systems, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent in preparing power point presentations and delivering them.

Proficient in using project management and operations software tools.

Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Open to work in multiple time zones
