Oversee operations across multiple hospital branches/centers, ensuring standardized processes and consistent quality of care. Implement centralized systems for reporting, inventory management, and staff coordination across all centers. Travel regularly to different locations to monitor performance, address operational challenges, and support local teams. Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for each center, with regular evaluation and reporting to senior leadership. Ensure each center adhered to compliance standards (e.g., NABH, local health regulations) and maintained audit readiness. Coordinate cross-center initiatives such as staff training, vendor negotiations, marketing campaigns, and patient feedback programs. Manage inter-facility patient transfers, optimizing logistics and communication between centers. Support the launch of new branches by setting up infrastructure, hiring key staff, and initiating operational protocols. Conduct gap analysis across centers and implemented corrective actions for continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between head office and individual center management teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
