Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our Advertising material

manufacturing unit (BTL)

.

This role requires a

minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management

in Printing & Packaging Industry is Must

, along with a strong understanding of the following processes:

CTP Process, Offset Printing, Lamination, platen punching, and Fabrication.

The ideal candidate should be

highly organized, have a keen eye for detail to ensure precision, be polite, and possess excellent communication skills

to effectively manage teams and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities

to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Daily Production Planning:

Develop and implement

next-day production schedules

, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Material Management:

Ensure all

raw materials, consumables, and resources

are available in advance to prevent production delays.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to meet client specifications.

Resource Optimization:

Maximize utilization of materials, machinery, and workforce to meet deadlines and reduce waste.

Coordinate with the Management, Internal teams & Vendors

to ensure timely delivery of projects in line with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience

in operations management in a

printing, packaging, or fabrication

environment.

Knowledge of Process - offset Printing, Lamination, platen punching & Fabrication

Organized

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

Strong crisis management, problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities

to handle operational disruptions.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
