OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Oversee production operations, maintenance, and safety.

- Manage staff, resources, and budgets.

- Ensure efficient production, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot operational issues.

- Collaborate with QA/QC and production teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in production management.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Knowledge of market trends and competition

- Familiarity with organizational change management

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
