We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Manager
to serve as a critical operational and communication resource for our unit. This role is the central point for managing internal operational efficiency of the unit with some bits of external communication. A successful candidate will ensure seamless daily function and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective function of the unit by:
Managing Daily Operations:
Executing and documenting core operational processes and workflows to ensure unit efficiency and continuity.
Handling Queries:
Serving as the point of contact for external communications, efficiently routing, and tracking all inbound requests.
Executing Targeted Outreach:
Conducting professional correspondence and outreach to customers, partners, and stakeholders as required for different marketing initiatives
Ensuring Engagement Consistency:
Monitoring various communication channels (including social media) to manage all inbound public engagement and provide timely, on-brand responses or escalations.
Maintaining Documentation:
Organizing, updating, and maintaining all essential operational resources, communication templates, and contact databases.
Supporting Reporting & Analysis:
Collecting and compiling data on operational metrics and engagement performance to assist in routine reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Team Guidance and Supervision:
Providing daily direction and support to a small team of operational executives responsible for routine unit tasks.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in an operational, administrative, or communications-focused role. Prior experience in a mentorship, supervisory, or team lead capacity is preferred.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong customer service orientation and ability to delegate effectively and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience crafting professional external correspondence.
High proficiency in organization, attention to detail, and time management, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks and competing priorities.
Familiarity with standard business software (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, etc) and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools and digital platforms.
