Purpose of the role:


We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development of an 'Ops Lite'
delivery model. This model aims to reduce operating costs while improving SLA and SOP
adherence. The role requires strong problem structuring, project tracking, and
cross-functional communication skills, with a mindset geared toward scalable design.

Key Responsibilities:


? Conduct market and internal benchmarking of low-cost ops models (e.g., gig
workforce, decentralized warehousing, minimal hub operations).
? Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather process inputs; synthesize
them into design recommendations.
? Evaluate existing SOP complexity and identify areas for simplification. Document
"as-is" and "to-be" processes.
? Coordinate short pilot experiments with support from relevant function owners (e.g.,
ops, production, support and sales).
? Track pilot performance with dashboards and identify gaps in adoption or execution
consistency.
? Publish monthly reviews for the COO and management on Ops Lite progress.
? Coordinate with finance for impact analysis (cost vs benefit) of Ops Lite experiments.

Qualifications:


? 3 years in consulting, business analysis, or transformation projects. Exposure to field ops
is a plus.
? Strong proficiency in Excel.
? Experience in cost benchmarking, service design, or SOP redesign is a plus.
? Ability to work with ambiguity and align stakeholders without direct authority.

Must-have skills:



Experience dealing with blue-collar workers
Must have understood the need for reducing fixed cost when opening up cities
Must have the capability to coordinate between production, support, sales and ops teams to enable implementation of the operations model

What This Role Is Not:


? This is not a team management role.
? This role will not directly own city operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
