What we are looking for

We are looking for an Operation Manager to the Resort for its launching and to look after its day-today operations while ensuring regulatory compliances and dealing with local external agencies.

He shall be responsible for building up his team, and setting up processes and systems (SOPs) to deliver an excellent Guest experience. He shall look after the property maintenance and other related engineering activities of resort operations. He will also ensure cost efficiency, revenue, profit targets and business growth. Operation Manager shall report to General Manager, and ensure implementation of policies and direction of the Trustees Governing body of the organisation.

What qualification and experience profile we are looking

Excellent performance track records with leadership & communication skills and;

Degree/Diploma (3 Years) in Hotel Management preferably from IHM is necessary. Hotel Operations (FO, F&B, GSM, HK) experience of 8-12 years and out of which min 3-5 years as Manager - F&B/FOM/is essential. Age should be not be more than 40 years. Experience of reputed Property/Brand/Group of 4/5 star property shall be desirable. Experience of Hill station, Tourist, Wellness Resort shall be preferable. Candidate from Himachal Pradesh is preferable He should familiar with Social Media marketing and OTT/Off line sales marketing practices.
Compensation Package

Attractive and shall not be limiting factor for a deserving candidate meeting above requirement.
