We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Operations Manager(Male)
to oversee the daily operations of our bakery unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality, manpower, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the bakery.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery production and ensure timely output.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
Plan manpower and supervise production, packing, and dispatch teams.
Monitor raw material stock, usage, and wastage control.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchase and inventory management.
Ensure machinery maintenance and minimize production downtime.
Manage dispatch, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Support HR, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in Food Technology / Hotel Management / Operations preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery or food production industry.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and team management.
Trivandrum native and male candidates preferred.
