Operations Manager
to lead our service delivery and operational workflows.

Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day service delivery, team performance, workload allocation, TAT adherence, quality monitoring, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will come from a
service industry operations background
(KPO/BPO/LPO/outsourcing/professional services) with hands-on experience in team leadership, KPI tracking, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure timely completion of client deliverables
Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring efficiency and workload balance
Track TATs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs
Handle client escalations and support issue resolution
Implement and maintain SOPs, quality checks, and reporting structures
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technology, and HR
Conduct training, performance evaluations, and skill development session
Required Experience & Skills
4-7 years of experience in
operations, service delivery, or process management
Minimum 2 years in a
team lead or managerial
role
Background in
service-based industries
(KPO/BPO/LPO/consulting/outsourcing/professional services)
Experience in TAT/SLA management, performance tracking, and reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools
Exposure to the legal services industry is a
plus
