We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in
overseas job recruitment
or experience working in a
similar consultancy/company
handling international hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with clients by understanding and addressing their recruitment needs.
Candidate Deployment Coordination:
Ensure smooth coordination of candidate departure to overseas locations, offering guidance on travel and any last-minute formalities.
Post-Deployment Support:
Act as the primary point of contact to address any issues or challenges candidates face after joining their overseas roles.
Problem Resolution:
Provide quick and effective solutions to issues related to clients or candidates.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with recruitment teams, HR, and support staff to ensure seamless operational execution and alignment of team objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining client and candidate confidentiality.
Qualification & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
, specifically
international / abroad job placement operations
.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR Management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
