About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Manage, train, and mentor staff to achieve business goals. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute business strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of proven experience

in operations management. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
