We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our trading company. Key Responsibilities

# Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all trading activities run smoothly and efficiently.

# Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.

# Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure accurate documentation.

# Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity.

# Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

# Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.

# Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of goods.

# Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.

# Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

# Lead and supervise operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

# Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

# 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in trading/retail/distribution.

# Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics operations.

# Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

# Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

# Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
