Job Description

DAILY WORKS



l Develop and implement strategic plans for HR, IT, and Maintenance departments aligned with organizational goals.

l Coordinate between departments and other business units for integrated operations.

l Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost control across departments.

l Oversee departmental performance reviews.

l Planning and implementation of new projects.

HR Responsibilities



l Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.

l Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

l Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

l Supervise payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.

l Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

l Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety regulations, and HR audits.

l Lead training and development programs for staff at all levels.

IT Responsibilities



l Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.

l Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly updated.

l Supervise system upgrades, data backups plan.

l Implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

l Coordinate support for ERP systems, manufacturing software, and user training.

l Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts.

Maintenance Responsibilities



l Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.

l Manage the maintenance team and external contractors effectively.

l Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.

l Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Oversee asset management.

Additional Responsibilities



Represent the organization or delegate the representative to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations and other official functions (FICCI, CII, KSPC, KSIDC, KSM, IIMM, SEEM).

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards (F &B, PCB, Fire & Safety, Trademark, Wholesale Drug License).

Coordinate with KINFRA, DIC & KINESCO for statutory compliance.

Negotiating and finalizing the material procurement for IT, Maintenance and HR.

Oversee the functioning of security and housekeeping.

Coordinate with logistics for the vehicle rentals and maintenance.

Verify the vehicle maintenance, fuel and courier expenses.

Qualifications



Strong managment skills including team leadership and staff managment. Excellent organizational,problem-solving and communication skills. Masters Business Administration ,Operations Management or related field. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical manufacturing industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
