We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven

Cluster Manager/operation

to oversee the operations of multiple retail stores in our textile and apparel division. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of textiles, garments, or fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores in the assigned cluster. Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. Ensure adherence to SOP's, brand guidelines, and visual merchandising standards. Lead, train, and motivate store managers and their teams. Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and loss prevention measures. Ensure exceptional customer experience across all locations. Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Textile Management

,

Retail Management

, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in

retail operations

Strong understanding of textiles, garments, or fashion industry preferred. Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel regularly within assigned cluster.
