We are urgently hiring for an Operations Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all operational aspects of domestic and international travel services. Oversee the execution of travel packages, itineraries, and logistics. Ensure timely and accurate bookings of flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and other services. Monitor ongoing tours and handle any in-travel issues, changes, or escalations. Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality. Supervise the team handling reservations, confirmations, rebookings, and cancellations. Ensure correct and timely issuance of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance, and related documents. Ensure accuracy of booking details, documentation, and customer information. Lead and mentor the operations team, including travel consultants and coordinators. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training where necessary. Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture within the team. Generate and analyze reports related to bookings, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and visa/documentation requirements. Manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and improve workflow processes Handle escalated client issues or complaints with prompt resolution. Ensure pre-travel, on-travel, and post-travel customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Logistice or related field. 5-8 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 3 years in an operations manager role. Experience in both

domestic and international travel operations

is essential. Strong knowledge of travel systems (e.g., Galileo), hotel booking engines, and B2B portals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
