Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and leading Customer Support, Admin, and Order Processing & Fulfilment (OPF) teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Customer Support, Admin, and OPF.
Lead, mentor, and manage teams; set KPIs and monitor performance.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and high satisfaction.
Manage administrative functions including office, vendors, and compliance.
Supervise end-to-end order processing and fulfilment; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Streamline processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and track team performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters in Business/Operations or related field.
Min 8 years in operations management or similar role.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
