Job Description

Manage end-to-end operations of solar projects -- from planning to commissioning. Supervise installation teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery. Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory of solar materials and equipment. Develop and implement operational processes and performance metrics. Coordinate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure project efficiency. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements. Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Knowledge of solar PV systems, installation processes, and electrical safety standards is an advantage.
