Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day shop operations, including inventory control, procurement, and logistics.
Ensure the timely availability of hardware and electrical products.
Supervise and coordinate staff, including scheduling and task allocation.
Monitor sales performance, implement growth strategies, and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality.
Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven 2-4 years of experience in a retail environment (hardware/electrical industry preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of hardware and electrical products.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
