Job Description

Kapra Daily is a fast-growing chain of hybrid supermarkets and e-commerce grocery platforms, proudly expanding across Kerala. We're looking for a strong, experienced, and dynamic Operational Manager to lead and manage all our current and upcoming store operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of all Kapra Daily stores across Kerala

Ensure consistent execution of store standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction

Take charge of new store launches, recruitment, and operational setup

Handle inventory management, sales reporting, cost control, and profitability

Monitor compliance with company policies, processes, and operational excellence

Train and lead store managers and ground staff effectively

? Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations

Proven experience in multi-store management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Deep knowledge of retail workflows, software systems, and customer service

Ability to work under pressure and manage rapid expansion

Willingness to travel across Kerala as needed
