Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the admission and discharge process.
Daily checking and verification of the trackers, registers, and checklists managed by the PRO team.
Review patient feedback forms and take appropriate actions to address the concerns and suggestions raised by our patients.
Ensure that the PRO team is present in their designated work areas.
Perform daily visits to the call center to review call logs maintained by the staff and address any patient concerns that arise.
Review missed call logs with the goal of responding to all calls and minimizing intercom communications to decrease the number of missed calls.
Review inquiries related to ambulance services, health check-ups, referrals, and radiology services, and follow up on these as necessary.
In the reception area, ensure to address non-medical concerns promptly to ensure effective customer management and efficient crowd control.
Daily inspections are required, particularly in these areas: maintenance workstations, facility rounds from the terrace to basement 2, the biomed workstation, the canteen and dining area, security checkpoints and their locations, the male changing room, tank rooms, and scrap sorting areas.
Reviewing registers, checklists, preventive maintenance records and reports, as well as monitoring electricity and water consumption (including car charging, lighting, air conditioning, and washing machine usage).
Oversee HK activities and pest control.
Efficient oversight of ambulance services is essential to manage both incoming and outgoing ambulances, as well as to track any associated payments
Management of waiting times and service availability for emergency room patients
Crowd control & Oversight of bed allocation
Adherence to MLC protocols and Minimizing cases of patients leaving against medical advice (LAMA)
