Fiow Mart, Oachira, is seeking a result-driven and experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee and manage our diverse business divisions including

Hypermarket, Wedding Centre, Ladies Beauty parlour and Fancy

. The candidate should be capable of

boosting sales to peak levels, generating profit, controlling expenses, reducing wastage, ensuring timely stock reports, and applying strong administrative knowledge

to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across all divisions to achieve peak performance. Formulate and execute strategies to maximize profit. Monitor and control operational expenses efficiently. Minimize wastage and ensure effective resource utilization. Prepare and submit accurate stock and inventory reports on time. Oversee administration, compliance, and operational procedures. Supervise and coordinate multiple departments to ensure seamless functioning. Train, motivate, and lead staff to maintain high productivity and service standards. Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations or multi-department retail management. Ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results. Strong administrative, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).Ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results.
