Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B & Engineering
Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality standards
Monitor SOP compliance, staff productivity & cost control
Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations
Handle guest escalations and operational challenges
Requirements:
Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
5-10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations
Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
Hands-on approach with team management experience
Location: Karjat / Pune (as applicable)
