We are now looking for a
dedicated Operations Manager
to streamline clinic operations, manage teams, ensure consistent patient experience, and support future branches.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across all Active Care centres, manage staff, implement SOPs, monitor performance, and ensure smooth functioning of all clinical and administrative processes.
This is a
leadership role
for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and capable of handling multi-centre operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations
Ensure smooth daily operations across all centres
Monitor patient flow, waiting times, customer experience
Enforce standard operating procedures (front desk, therapy, follow-up systems)
Conduct weekly clinic audits & send performance reports
Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and hygiene standards
2. Staff Management
Manage physiotherapists, receptionists, and support staff
Schedule shifts and manage leave calendars
Conduct monthly performance reviews
Handle conflicts and improve team discipline
Train new staff on SOPs and system workflows
3. Marketing Implementation
Execute marketing strategies planned by management
Supervise reel creation, testimonials, before-after stories
Monitor digital leads & ensure proper follow-up
Track lead conversion & ROI
Build patient referral programs with therapists
Assist in setting up new clinics
Maintain franchise/FOCO operational uniformity
Conduct market surveys for new locations
Help standardize processes for scalability
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
MBA in Operations / Healthcare Management (preferred)
OR Graduate with strong multi-centre operations experience
Experience
2-6 years in clinic/hospital/gym/spa/diagnostics operations
Experience managing teams across multiple locations is a plus
