Graduate having approximately 8 12 years experience in handling sourcing and procurement processes Experience in Oil Gas category sourcing Experience and expertise in drafting category strategy sourcing planning business case creation sourcing execution and contract closure Very Good client facing client management skills Exposure to RFx e Sourcing Tools experience on Coupa SAP platform would be preferred and required on similar tools Excellent communication skills Excellent aptitude analytical skills with knowledge of working on MS Office MUST HAVE SKILLS End to End execution of Contracts Strategic Sourcing including RFX SOW Negotiations Red Lininng Insurance Legal Cross Functional Team management PRPO PO Management Expediting Maintaing SLA KPIs NPS as defined Identify opportunies in area of automation transformation efficiency improvement Drive cost saving initaitives achive cost savings in contractual supplier negotiations Must have experience in following Tail Spend categories Professioanl Services IT Hardware Software Travel Insurance Marketing HR Telecom Print Facilities etc Client engagement and drive business growth Drive manage and oversee all Sourcing and Procurement deliverables and initiatives for the Client Lead Sourcing Projects across Indirect spend categories for the region Review Policies and Contracts for opportunity identification and improvements Drive Spot Sourcing initiatives and quick win solutions Interface with Infosys central Category CoE and Client s SMEs to create synergies and value Drive Contract negotiations renegotiations Manage Stakeholder communications and projects pipeline Should be able to manage global teams
