Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our foundation. You will bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring our programs reach the community effectively while maintaining high standards of organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management: Oversee daily operations for our youth and women-centric wellness programs.

Qualification : A post graduate with specialization in NGO management, Development management, Sociology, MSW, MBA etc.,

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement operational policies to scale our impact.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of interns, staff and volunteers.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and community leaders.

Impact Reporting: Monitor program outcomes and prepare data-driven reports for the Board. What We're Looking For

Experience:

3+ years in operations management (experience in the NGO/Social sector is highly preferred).

Passion

: A deep commitment to Preventive mental health, first response, advocacy and empowerment.

Skills

: Strong proficiency in project management, outreach, client relations and cross-functional team leadership.

Communication

: Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, Presentation and performance orientation

Fluent in English and Kannada must

Age and Gender

: 25-35 / Male or Female

Compensation

: CTC Rs. 3,60,000/- fixed per year plus variable

Minimum commitment

: 12 months
