We are looking for a strategic, organized, and relationship-driven professional to manage
day-to-day operations
and lead
brand partnership initiatives
. This role combines operational excellence with business development, ensuring smooth internal processes while building high-impact collaborations that drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Management
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement SOPs to streamline processes across departments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, product) to ensure project flow.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of operational requirements.
Optimize resource planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Brand Partnerships
Identify, prospect, and negotiate with potential brand partners, influencers, and collaborators.
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: outreach ? pitching ? negotiation ? execution ? reporting.
Create partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
Work with the marketing team to integrate partnership deliverables into campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore upsell/renewal opportunities.
Analyze performance of partnerships and provide ROI reports.
Represent the brand in industry events, networking meetups, and partnership discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in operations, partnerships, business development, or similar roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and performance reporting.
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or vendors is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM/project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Notion).
Understanding of marketing campaigns, social media, and brand collaborations.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Creative thinking with a business-driven mindset.
