Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
? Overseeing day-to-day operations of the play area and cafe.
? Tracking stock, consumables, and petty cash.
? Supervising staff and managing shift rosters.
? Reviewing the daily customer complaints file and ensuring corrective action in the
following day's huddle.
? Reviewing the daily safety incidents file and discussing improvements with staff in
the following day's huddle.
? Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
? Submitting daily reports to management & directors.
? Coordinate parties/events and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?451,860.06 - ?1,733,644.56 per year
