Madam Chocolate is a premium dessert and gelato brand known for crafting rich, indulgent treats with the finest ingredients. We're expanding and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store(s), production, and supply chain. Manage and train staff to deliver consistent quality and customer service. Ensure inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination. Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards across outlets. Coordinate with accounting and management teams for daily sales and cost tracking. Implement operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies. Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and resource allocation. Plan and execute new store setups, menu rollouts, and seasonal promotions. Review customer feedback and take proactive steps to enhance satisfaction. Support management in achieving sales targets, cost efficiency, and profitability goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of F&B or hospitality experience (preferably cafe, restaurant, or dessert brand). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Hands-on experience with inventory, vendor management, and operations planning. Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost control. Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and basic reporting tools. Ability to work flexible hours and handle operational challenges efficiently.
Preferred:

Prior experience managing multi-outlet operations or premium dessert brands. Exposure to store launches and scaling operations. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving approach.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
