We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a hotel management background to oversee property operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping and maintenance teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage housekeeping operations and overall property upkeep.
Conduct housekeeping training to ensure service excellence and hygiene compliance.
Oversee maintenance and facility management, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Implement operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
Coordinate with senior management for reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Hands-on experience in housekeeping and maintenance supervision.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
