We are looking for a proactive and accountable manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of the departments. The role involves managing a team, driving execution, implementing processes, and ensuring departmental goals are achieved in alignment with overall company objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Operations: Oversee all activities within the department to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of targets.
Execution Management: Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
Process Implementation: Develop, document, and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Performance Tracking: Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management review.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present departmental dashboards and weekly performance representations to the Head of Department (HOD).
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
