Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Connect and Heal - CNH Care in Bangalore. We are hiring for our Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an entire portfolio of clinics across cities to ensure smooth operations, with the support of regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred)

Proficiency in Excel and experience in handling large data sets

Minimum of 5 years of experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the healthcare industry including hospitals and clinics is a plus

Responsibilities

A) P&L Ownership

Manage the P&L for the OHC business while meeting profitability requirements quarter on quarter.

B) Clinical Operations

Conduct thorough checks on all clinic requirements and ensure smooth operations.

Ensure MIS for all clinics is completed on time (daily/weekly/monthly).

Ensure timely audits are completed for all clinics.

C) Sourcing Requirements

Coordinate with the central sourcing team on all hiring requirements.

Coordinate with the medical governance team on staff training calendar and ensure smooth trainings.

Track attendance daily and ensure there is no service gap.

D) Client Relationships

Manage relationships with PAN India clients and handle client escalations.

Liaise with different stakeholders (Marketing/Sales/Product) as per business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
