Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a telesales rep, you will be responsible for contacting our existing customers by phone to sell products or generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to the existing customers to promote products
Deliver scripted sales pitches and adjust communication style as needed
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
