We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure timely project execution, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires someone who can balance process discipline with people management and deliver a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across all departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
? Oversee the entire project lifecycle from order confirmation to production, logistics, and final delivery.
? Monitor timelines and ensure projects are executed on schedule without compromising quality.
? Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks.
? Act as the escalation point for clients; handle customer interactions professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
? Track operational KPIs and generate regular reports for management.
? Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
? Build, lead, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance standards.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Operations/Commerce (MBA preferred).
? 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, interiors, or furniture.
? Strong skills in SOP creation, process management, and cross-team coordination.
? Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.
? Ability to work under deadlines while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
