Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day?to?day operations
Manage and develop the operations team; ensure training & quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with vendors ( transport, guides) to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
Handle customer enquiries, resolution of issues or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor and optimize workflows and operational processes; implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings and travel regulations, and adapt offerings accordingly.
Maintain internal compliance (with travel regulations, insurance, safety, etc.).
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (cost control, vendor payments, revenue tracking).
Work cross?departmentally with Sales, Marketing, Finance to align operations with overall business goals.
