Job Overview

Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness,compliance, and continual improvement. Drive coordination across departments, manageteams, and support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and refine operational strategies to boost productivity and profitability

- Supervise cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, admin, etc.); mentor, train, andconduct performance reviews

- Monitor KPIs, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for senior leadership

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and expense control--work closely with finance on planning

- Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation)

- Coordinate supply chain, vendor relations, procurement, and inventory

- Enforce quality control, health & safety standards, and regulatory compliance

- Foster cross-department collaboration to align operations with strategic goals

- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and stay updated on industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, OperationsManagement; MBA preferred

Experience: 3+ years in operations, logistics, or related leadership roles

Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), MS Office (Excel,PowerPoint), data analytics (Power BI/Tableau), and project management (Asana, Jira)

Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, PMP, Lean management
