Olala Gelato is a fast-growing artisanal gelato company founded by two French entrepreneurs. Established 2.5 years ago in South Goa, we currently operate

3 outlets in Canacona

, located in the main beach areas:

Palolem, Patnem, and Agonda

All gelato production is centralized in our

production lab in Canacona (Chaudi)

, from where daily deliveries are organized for all outlets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on Junior Operations Manager

to support and manage our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and willing to learn all aspects of operations and people management in a food & beverage business.

You will be based in Canacona and work closely with the co-founders to ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on

daily production planning

at the lab Monitor and manage

stock levels

(raw materials, finished products, packaging) Organize

daily deliveries

from the production lab to all outlets Ensure smooth

in-store operations and customer experience

Supervise and support

shop staff and production team

Assist with

staff scheduling and daily follow-ups

Manage communication with

suppliers and vendors

Maintain

Excel-based reports

(stocks, production, wastage, basic operational tracking) Report regularly to the

co-founders

on operations and issues

Required Skills & Profile

Fluent in

English, Konkani, and Hindi

Comfortable using

Excel

and basic computer tools Good

organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage people calmly and effectively Willingness to work mainly from the

production lab in Canacona (Chaudi)

Previous experience in

F&B, retail, hospitality, or operations

is a plus

Junior candidates are welcome

Working Conditions

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:

1 day per week

Salary & Benefits (Junior Candidate)

Monthly Salary:

?30,000 - ?35,000 (depending on profile and skills)
