Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Chain:

Manage stock levels, procurement, vendor relations, negotiate rates, oversee secure storage and transportation, and track raw materials/finished goods.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate sales associates and support staff; conduct performance reviews; enforce policies.

Sales & Strategy:

Implement sales strategies, manage promotions, analyze sales data, and collaborate with marketing.

Customer Experience:

Ensure high satisfaction, handle complaints, manage showroom aesthetics, and build customer relationships.

Operational Efficiency:

Streamline workflows (CAD, production), manage budgets, ensure compliance (H&S, regulations), and report to senior management.

Quality Control:

Monitor product quality and adherence to specifications, aiming to minimize returns.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail operations. Strong knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems. Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and solve complex problems.
Reporting & Focus Areas

Often reports to a Director or VP of Fulfillment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

Jewelry Industry : 3 years (Preferred) manage Jewelry Store : 3 years (Preferred) Operations management: 4 years (Preferred)
