Sales & Strategy:
Implement sales strategies, manage promotions, analyze sales data, and collaborate with marketing.
Customer Experience:
Ensure high satisfaction, handle complaints, manage showroom aesthetics, and build customer relationships.
Operational Efficiency:
Streamline workflows (CAD, production), manage budgets, ensure compliance (H&S, regulations), and report to senior management.
Quality Control:
Monitor product quality and adherence to specifications, aiming to minimize returns.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail operations.
Strong knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with inventory management systems.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and solve complex problems.
Reporting & Focus Areas
Often reports to a Director or VP of Fulfillment.
