Role Overview




As an Operations Manager for a Custom Jewelry Service Business- on a Global scale, you will oversee end-to-end production planning, vendor management, quality assurance, and logistics for our international jewelry operations. Your goal is to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of all backend operations while aligning with business growth strategies. This role demands a strategic, data-driven mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, primarily the Production Factories, diverse set of raw material vendors, Customer service and Technical teams.

Production & Vendor Management



Oversee multiple third-party manufacturing vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance. Establish and Monitor KPIs for vendor performance and drive process improvements for higher efficiency. Production planning - Align demand forecasts and Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery, avoid stockouts Set up SOP's for the Operations management for scalability

Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization



End-to-end supply chain management - from procurement of raw materials to final product delivery. Establish structured formats to ensure regular reporting to leadership Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Manage and set up inventory flow and ERP implementation to streamline tracking and forecasting.

Continuous Improvements & Risk Management



Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions or vendor failures. Ensure Global integration, Continuous improvements procedures Continuously monitor compliance with international jewelry standards.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Administrative



Oversee operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Work with sales and finance teams to align supply chain planning with demand. Manage day-to-day admin functions including compliance, process documentation, and reporting. Lead a team of operations executives and ensure process training & efficiency tracking.

Requirements



Preferred Experience:

8 to 10 years in operations, supply chain, or production management within B2B, luxury, or tech-enabled businesses.
