Job Description

Job Purpose:



The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves strategic planning, process improvement, team management, and coordination with internal departments to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Planning & Execution

Plan, implement, and monitor daily operational activities to meet business targets. Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.

Team Management & Coordination

Supervise and guide the operations team to ensure timely task completion. Allocate resources effectively and resolve workflow bottlenecks. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Process & Performance Monitoring

Track operational KPIs and prepare performance analysis reports. Identify gaps and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.

Client & Vendor Coordination

Serve as a point of contact for client queries, service issues, and escalations. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for seamless execution.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Oversee documentation for dispatches, deliveries, and client records.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations. Monitor service quality and implement process improvements.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Monitor operational costs and work with finance to maintain budgets. Suggest cost optimization strategies without compromising service quality.

Technology & System Oversight

Utilize ERP/CRM systems for workflow tracking and data management. Ensure team adherence to digital tools for reporting and coordination.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with HR, Accounts, and IT departments to align operational support functions. Assist in manpower planning and training needs of the operations team.

Strategic Planning & Business Development Support

Contribute to long-term operational strategies and business expansion plans. Provide inputs for improving client satisfaction and operational profitability.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
