Job Title: Operations Manager - Inward & Outward
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse inward and outward operations, inventory control, dispatch, documentation, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inward GRN processing and verification of materials.
Manage outward SRN, dispatch planning, and timely shipment execution.
Ensure accurate e-way bill generation and statutory documentation.
Control gate pass issuance and material movement.
Monitor inventory, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, and conduct stock audits.
Manage returns and reverse logistics.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and process standards.
Qualifications & Experience
4-6 years
of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of GRN, SRN, e-way bills, dispatch, and inventory systems.
Experience with ERP/Tally or similar systems preferred.
Candidates based in Medchal, Hyderabad preferred.
